   I recently heard a radio ad promoting some promotions for metro pcs. I
   came into this location to ask about the promotions I heard about. When
   I walked in the floors looked dirty and the store wreaked of perfume
   scent causing my asthma to flare up, as i walked in I over heard a man
   and girl arguing in the back room. The girl named who I later learned
   was named Valerie came to the counter to speak to me. She was dressed
   wearing revealing clothing completely inappropriate for a young girl.
   As she paraded to the counter she smugly asked what brought me in with
   food still in her mouth. I explained I wanted more information about
   the advertisement I had heard about. She said she would give me a
   quote. She did not attempt to qualify me. Just assumed what phone I
   would get. Every time I tried to ask a question she would interrupt me
   rudely. Implying she knew more than I did. The man then came up front
   to see what all the commotion was about. They began to argue in front
   of me. Valerie saying the man didn’t know what he was talking about.
   She informed me she was the manager. She quoted me for a $15
   processing fee if i didn’t buy a case and said that I had to pay a $10
   promotion fee to get a discount on the phone. Since when does someone
   have to pay for a promotion? A few days later I came back in, the man
   was in the back room I assume on the phone bragging that he just “ripped
   the wig off of someone with a sale”…… he heard me come in and said
   he would be right there with me. When he came to the counter, he did
   not appear to recognize me. I proceeded to ask the same questions I had
   asked the employee a few days before and he quoted me an even higher
   rate for the same phone and plan stating that he was giving me a “bundle
   deal” When I asked about another device that was more expensive he
   tried pushing me away from the product. He implied I could not afford
   it. Every time I asked a question he would talk over me. To the point
   of shouting. How this man, Richard was his name, has any happy
   customers I do not know. I left with out buying anything. My wife,
   went in the next day thinking she would receive a different customer
   service experience, went in and talked to Valerie. This time Valerie
   quoted my wife the same amount Richard had quoted me the day before.
   She told me that was the price and if i didn’t like it I could go
   somewhere else. While leaving the store my wife overheard Valerie as
   she was walking into the back room that my wife was a “dumb bitch.” My
   family will never buy anything from this location. The employees are
   rude, with little knowledge of the product they sell. They push price
   and nothing more. They seem to take little pride in the appearance of
   the store and it had an odor of rotting food near the counter. The next
   week I received a quote from a location inside the mall $25 less
   (surprise no process or promo fee) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY
   WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GIVE YOU A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
