   I would give this place 0 Stars if I could the manager is a nastiest man I ever met. About a month ago I signed up with MetroPCS and 6 days later I went back into the store for a refund because the service was horrible and an employee named Isis lied to me and told me I was not eligible for a refund because I brought the phone on promo. After calling customer service and several other stores I found out that was a lie after being given the runaround for about a month I finally get in touch with the manager and he was a disgusting nasty man he would not show me any proof that I was not eligible for a refund had a nasty attitude and when I told him I wanted a copy of my original receipt and his store license number so I can report the store to corporate he told me to get out of his store because I was being destructive and threatened to call the cops on me. After about an hour and a half of all this BS some guy named Gerald Jusino comes into the store claiming he’s from corporate and said he would call me the next day with information proving that I was not eligible for a refund yeah well it’s been 5 days and I never heard from him. The owners of the store or bunch of scam artists do not sign up with any MetroPCS authorized dealership go to an actual corporate store because these authorized dealerships take your money and do whatever they want to do. And the sad part is he’s opening up a a T-Mobile Two Doors Down which means they’re going to give the same horrible customer servicel. That store needs to be shut down there bunch of scam artists.
