Just bought 2 new htc Desire 626s phones from MetroPCS yesterday. One stopped working last night. Took it back to store that I bought them from United Wireless 15013 E 13 Mile Rd Warren, MI 48088. Was told they would not replace defective phone and to take it 10 miles away to their corporate store. Corporate store would only replace with a refurbished phone not new. I said no way, I wanted a new replacement phone. They told me to contact htc. htc said I had to send in to get it repaired under warranty. I said no way, I wanted a new phone not a repaired one. This is very bad business by Metro PCS and htc. My only recourse is to stop payment with my credit card company.
