Important please;……. I spoke with Alan at the 7325 north keystone store a few days ago. My name is David J Dowling 317-677-6175. I spoke with Alan and the owner with regards to getting my money back on 3-4 phones that did not serve the needs of my use. The owner told me to bring in the boxes with phones for a full credit on ALL PHONDE Alan, was hesitant on one of the phones for reimbursement. Confused I was, because the owner was present at this appointment.
Alan promised me he would call me that day to resolve this matter as I had been waiting for 45 minutes at least; I had to catch a flight that afternoon. Alan did “NOT” return my call as promised.
I need to understand why Idid not get the call he promised me. I need to know immediately what the delay is and the reason for he lying to me. I feel shafted when all I did was what I was promised and assured. I have a lot of time and money in this unprofessional conduct.
Please follow up with me on this mishap and less than honorable business conduct by Allan and Metro phone management swiftly !!
