I went to metro store 120 chiefs way suite 11 Pensacola fl 32507 I switched to metro and the manager said he only had 1 phone to choose from -I asked if I did not like the phone could I swap it when he had new stock -he said yes- I had the phone for 3 days and went to let him know I was not happy with the phone because of the poor camera -he said the new phones would be in on tues -09/29/2015 — I went today and he was himming and hawing then told me he could not swap the phone and it would be 129.00 for a different phone-so he lied when I went the first time that I could swap the phone if I was not happy-very poor customer service -I guess I will go back to my previous carrier. unless metro makes the original promise good
