WARNING! RIPOFF! THEY WILL LIE AND MANIPULATE YOU TO GET MORE MONEY!!! I went to the store to add a line to my existing MetroPCS account for my son. When I spoke to the store associate he stated that I had to get the unlimited plan for $60 a month when I open a new line on my account and if I wanted the $40 plan I had to sign up for the $60 plan and then the following month drop it to the $40 plan. When I asked him why he stated that it was MetroPCS new policy. When he told me that I thought that didn’t make sence so I left and went to an actual metro pcs store not a franchise store. When I talked to the MetroPCS associate I learned that not only was he lying about MetroPCS supposed new policy, MetroPCS was also running a special at the time for the unlimited $60 plan for $50 a month. So if I had believed him, I would have signed up for the most expensive plan and not at the promotional price. Stay away from this store!!!!! They will lie to you to get more money from you! RIP OFF!!!!
