There is an agent that works at Metro PCS (Igg wireless) that adds accessories onto new phone sales, without asking the customer if it’s ok, so that the CUSTOMER ASSUMES THEY HAVE TO BUY IT BECAUSE IT’S PART OF THE PHONE. This is Fraud. We are filing a lawsuit against Igg Electronics and would advise everyone to stay away from this store.
