Out of my 4 years having service with metro pcs this is by far the worse store i have ever been to! They sold me a defective phone and network card. I prchased the phone on November 10 it was working fine 8 days later phone started to shut down and no network service at all!! I took it back they refused to swap or even find me any other phone manager wouldnt speak to me and employees are clueless it is now Nov. 29 still no phone and no network service and store still refuses to help i have no option But to take them to court and resolve this issue.
