This store has got to be the most rudest of them all. This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Every single staff there except one girl was very rude and unprofessional. I have made three complaints in one day to corporate. 1. Because it took them two weeks to give me an accessory that I paid for before they told me they didnt have anymore. 2. After a couple days, I finally asked for my money back. They wouldnt refund it. And told me I had to wait. 3. A lady told me that she would give me a screen protector for free because of all this. 4. I went back in that Saturday, after 5 days, to get the case, they said they didnt have anymore. Sunday, they told me their manager is diabetic and he was in the hospital. Monday, I went in they didnt have the case I paid for but they had others, so I took it because they wouldnt refund me. I asked for the screen protector I was promised, they girl said she wpuld have to find out who told me that. So I described the person Nd she could not get in touch with her. So I went ahead and left after I asked for the managers name and store address. I made my first complaint. Then I get a phone call from the metro store and I guess the female who I talked to try to go off on me. First of all why are you calling the customer talking shit? Then she hung up on me and I made my second complaint for calling me and trying to charge me up? For whatevrr reason idk. Then after I made that complaint I received a text message from anpther employee there. Which then I made my third complaint for harassment. . . And now they just made things a whole lot worse by harrassing me. Already took action. But anywho I do not recommend anyone going to that particular store!

To the owner and Bonnie and the other female who’s name Bonnie didn’t seem to know when I asked.( but they are friends on fb, I got that info out of Bonnie) The other female worked on the 27 or 28 of july 2015. This store is a no go if you don’t speak Spanish( andI do Bonnie) or you have a problem with your phone. If you want to see a family get together with the employee Bonnie and her son and man aka baby daddy, then by all means get up and go. After dealing with a ( not being able to download apps from my metro app store( my metro witch I was told is no longer free and its still free) or apps from Google play like Facebook) phone that was not working properly for 2 weeks and being bumped from 611 to Google 1800 what ever the number was, then to my metro store, I received no help. I hope Bonnie knows that you should never count your money when a customer is in the store. Who knows who I am. I hope Bonnie knows that your family can not hang out with you at work. After working for subway for 5 years some as a manger I have never had a customer complaint. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RITE… THANK YOU BONNIE FOR REFUSING ME SERVICE.. If I gave up with her my phone still wouldn’t work rite. I got a couple of pictures of Bonnie and her child and her man behind the counter if your interested owner????
