   Best store and customer service in Pinellas County,bar none. I started with Metro when they first came to this county. I believe it was about 2006. When you had to have a map of the state to make sure if your traveling you could use the phone. Now in 2018 it’s all great. Changed companies once for 1 month. Big mistake. Metro All The Way.. And this store at 49th and 36th Ave N . The most attentive,no pressure on sales,quick in and out or if you need to ask questions he is there for you. Pleasant and takes his time with this old lady. I’m not tech savvy ,and he is kind not to talk down to me. Rare in this day and age. Could​ go on and on but get the idea. All metro stores could take lessons from him. Sorry to say I have never asked his name. I’m thinking he is the one person that has been there and the company knows this young man. He really makes life in this crazy phone world less stressful. God bless him,life is tough enough so again I say Thank you for being there. I have at least 20 stores closer to me. And have taken the bus right past the corporate store to go here. ( Noted corporate has to deal with more issues so give them a huge pass, they get all the crazy stuff) In closing, kudos to this smaller but very efficient store. I will ask his name next time I need to pay my bill in there. I needed the largest phone because of my eyesight. Love my ZTE have had it about a year. Think it is referred to as a phablet. Cross between a phone and tablet. He showed me what I asked for. Thanks for listening have a great Metro day.
