East Lomen Las Cruces, NM
store sold broken(not work properly) phone as New Phone and when I want to store many times Sandra said nothing wrong with phone and she called police to chase me out instead of solve problem. Please do not deal with this store. They selling problem phone as new phone. Hope nobody have same experence.
Please do not dealing with East Lomen Metro PCS store. I purcased December 3rd week brand new Samseung Galaxy S7 phone pay full price as new phone.
But it was not new phone it was like used phone. Camera didn’t work right and there were no 4g data swich showing on the top tap. I want to store many time.
Every time Sandra said nothing wrong with your phone. Want to see Best Buy Samseung rep, he said something wrong with your phone. Today 12:50 p.m.
I want to store talk to Sandra i want either new phone or money back. She didn’t want to do nither so she call police on me and chase me out of store. This way she doesn’t have to do anything to solve problem. Please do not deal with this store. Metro PCS have good servisservice plan. But store employee is uneducated and worth service for the customer. If you need serives go to El Paso, they are custom friendly and high custom satisfacion on services.
