This place is rated less than good. I went into this place to change simcard for two iphones and the Oriental lady doesn’t have a near good customer service. She doesn’t smile, not helpful overall rude. I though I bought a iPhone plus more phones in this place, they never seems to give excellent service. The Hispanic ladies are very friendly.Other than that I wouldn’t buy from this place. Very bad service from oriental lady, she need more training how to greet with a smile. She’s chased customer out. I will never do business from them. I am thinking of canceling service.
